- 1 cup vanilla ice cream (or preferred flavor)
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs or panko
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Pat wings dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Coat with Ice Cream: Dip each wing into softened ice cream, place on a wire rack, and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Breading Process: Dredge frozen wings in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with bread crumbs.
- Fry the Wings: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry wings for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Final Touch: Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and serve hot!
