Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1 ½ cups cornflakes, crushed
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon (optional, for flavor boost)
- 1 teaspoon honey or caramel drizzle (optional)
- Wooden sticks (optional, for shaping)
Instructions
- Shape the Ice Cream: Scoop vanilla ice cream and mold it into drumstick shapes using a spoon or hands. Insert a wooden stick for a more realistic look.
- Freeze: Place the shaped ice cream pieces on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Coat with Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler. Dip each frozen ice cream drumstick into the melted chocolate, coating it evenly.
- Roll in Cornflakes: Immediately roll the chocolate-covered ice cream in crushed cornflakes, pressing gently to make sure the coating sticks.
- Final Freeze: Place the coated ice cream drumsticks back on the tray and freeze for another 30-60 minutes until firm.
- Serve & Enjoy: Optionally, drizzle with honey or caramel before serving. Enjoy immediately!
Notes
- For extra crunch: Lightly toast the cornflakes before crushing them.
- Flavor variations: Use caramel or chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla for a richer taste.
- Storage tip: Keep in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week.
